Testimony 1

“I want to share how Raphah Ministries impacted my faith journey and how it has helped me tremendously in understanding the reasons behind a person’s struggles and how to address them according to the Word of God with the help of the Holy Spirit. 

I welcomed Jesus as Lord of my life in 1988 and was discipled in a strong, Word-based church. However, there were areas and issues that I only understood more clearly after siting through Raphah’s teaching.

With every lesson learned, my spirit became  more sensitive to peoples’ needs, more compassionate in understanding them and responding to their needs.
Raphah moulded me into a front liner for God’s healing, ready, alert, and willing vessel to be used for His glory. His mandate for healing has no expiration as long as there is a soul that needs the healing touch of God.

Like every individual calling, I believe that Raphah Ministries is set aside for a specific mandate and that is healing hearts and rebuilding lives.” (FD) 

Testimony 2

“I was born again in 2019; it was one of the most amazing days of my life and continues to be so till this day. I am hungry and thirsty to know more about Jesus, but there are also currents that pull me back to my triggers, weaknesses, and wicked desires.

I attended Module 1 of the SOPC online and was hooked until i completed Module 2. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that my relationships with people would be radically changed during the course of the SOPC.

Firstly, I learned to express love to my parents anew and to see them for who they really are. The lies embedded in my being concerning my parents were now the things of the past. The scales that blinded me were removed.

Secondly, the SOPC taught me to ask forgiveness of my son whom I had abused physically. I was able to nullify my negative pronouncements, actions, and emotions and reaffirm his God-identity and my love for him.

It was not easy going through the 2 weeks of the SOPC, as the numerous challenges I faced during the SOPC made it clear that the devil did not want me to break his bondages and prevail.

Thankfully, after months of personal ministry, I am restored and have been made whole again! As the Holy Spirits rolls away my past blindness, I am now able to see Jesus walking beside me. For me this is the personal healing coming from the Healer Himself.

I used to say, “I can never give you what I do not have.” Today I can say that I have something to share. And that’s the agape love of Jesus!” (CCJH)

The Raphah School of Prayer Counselling and Healing (SOPC) is Raphah Ministries' flagship programme for the training and equipping of believers in the prayer counselling and healing ministry. 

After an absence of some 8 years, this flagship 10-day SOPC would be offered as a residential programme in the form of the International School of Prayer Counselling and Healing (ISOPC 2023) from 17-28 April 2023; this time at the new Bangi Avenue Convention Centre, Bangi, a short 40 min drive from the city centre of Kuala Lumpur.

The Raphah ISOPC 2023 aims to bring together - in a serene, refreshing, small, and intimate community learning environment - Christian individuals who are wanting to invest time and resources to be taught and equipped in the essential principles and practice of biblical prayer counselling and healing. 

Transferrable, Comprehensive, Wholistic and Integrative, Easy to Learn and Understand, Practical, Insightful, Resolution Oriented

Presented in 2 Modules over 5 full days each with a weekend break between Modules, the ISOPC has 3 distinct goals:

• To equip and empower participants with a practical, effective, wholistic, and reproducible model of prayer counselling and healing built on Jesus’ teachings and pattern of ministry
• To provide and demonstrate for participants basic but key biblical truths, resources, skills and tools needed to understand, diagnose, process, and minister healing into the spiritual and psychological brokenness of people in pain with a goal to bring about healing and restoration to wholeness
• To inspire and commission Christian men and women with gifts in teaching and training, and the passion, to take God’s Word and ministry of prayer counselling and healing and impart it to other able men and women who would be able to teach it to yet others.

The ISOPC curriculum is deliberately designed to be transferrable, comprehensive, wholistic and integrative, easy to learn and understand, practical, insightful, and resolution oriented. It is most suited for pastors, church leaders, social workers, caregivers, missionaries, mission candidates, teachers, trainers and those who do not have the luxury of a long period away from their commitments to learn and be equipped.

The teaching on the ISOPC is provided by Raphah’s own teaching team which is made up of seasoned prayer counsellors with decades of practical experience helping people find healing for their broken hearts, and the rebuilding of their lives.

Participants looking to have some personal ministry time during the ISOPC will be able to do so by appointment, but priority will be given to participants from abroad.
