God designed our bodies to heal themselves.

This amazing self-healing property or characteristic - by God's design - is demonstrated in the interaction between our Gut and Sleep body systems.  

What we eat and when we eat have a direct impact on how well and regenerative our sleep is. By the same token, how well we sleep and regenerate have a correspondingly critical impact on our appetites and consequent overall psychological and physical well-being.

Properly understanding this interaction between gut and sleep - and therefore making right and healthy choices in diet and lifestyle - is vital to developing good mental health and physical wellness. 

A strong healthy mind and a nurturing healthy lifestyle will in turn promote powerful emotional well-being.
